1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Beaubar's platform, book services, or interact with our AI concierge (Iris).

By accessing or using this website, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may not use this platform under any circumstances. Beaubar reserves the right to terminate any account or booking if we determine or have reason to believe the user is under 18.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Beaubar website, mobile platform, or AI concierge services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Beaubar LLC ("Beaubar," "we," "our," or "us").

3. Description of Services

Beaubar is a mobile beauty and self-care platform connecting clients with licensed beauty professionals throughout South Florida. Services include, but are not limited to, haircuts, hair coloring, styling, makeup, nails, skincare, lashes, and related beauty treatments delivered at client-specified locations. Beaubar also provides an AI-powered concierge (Iris) to assist users with service discovery, consultations, and booking guidance.

4. AI Concierge Disclosure

Beaubar's platform includes an AI-powered virtual assistant named Iris. By interacting with Iris, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Iris is an artificial intelligence system, not a licensed human cosmetologist, dermatologist, or medical professional.
• Recommendations provided by Iris are for general informational and guidance purposes only and do not constitute professional medical, dermatological, or legal advice.
• Iris may collect and store information you share during conversations (including your name, hair history, location, and service preferences) to personalize your experience. See our Privacy Policy for details.
• Conversations with Iris may be reviewed by Beaubar staff for quality assurance and training purposes.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Iris AI concierge.
• Iris's responses are generated by AI and may occasionally contain errors. Always verify important booking details and pricing directly with your assigned provider.

5. Bookings & Payments

When you book a service through Beaubar:

• A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless the provider cancels or reschedules.
• A travel fee may apply depending on your location.
• Final service pricing may vary based on hair length, density, or complexity as assessed by your provider.
• Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. Beaubar does not store your full payment card details.

6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of your deposit. Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of your account. Providers reserve the right to refuse service at their discretion.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse providers or Beaubar staff.
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees by booking directly with a provider after discovery through Beaubar.
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform.

8. Provider Relationships

Beauty professionals listed on Beaubar operate as independent contractors, not employees of Beaubar. Beaubar facilitates connections and bookings but is not liable for the quality, safety, or outcome of services provided by independent professionals.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beaubar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, allergic reactions, or unsatisfactory service outcomes. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Beaubar Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and AI-generated content, is the property of Beaubar LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
